Kangamiut Seafood A/S is looking for a sales support for our office in Dronninglund
You will be part of an experienced team in our Shellfish division, with interdisciplinary tasks in the Whitefish, Logistics and Food Safety & Quality divisions.
Your primary tasks
- Coordination of purchases/sales with contact to service partners
- Ad hoc servicing of suppliers and customers in relation to purchases/orders
- Application for - and coordination of - credit insurance
- Maintaining and updating the supplier archive
- Obtaining and following up on supplier certificates and other relevant documentation
- Updating and coordinating supplier analysis plans
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements
- Work tasks in connection with GFSI standard and other quality standards
- Backup to current sales support
Qualifications
- Commercial education
- Some experience in international trade and/or logistics
- You are a team player, structured and have a good overview
- You are outgoing, positive and take pride in your work being done professionally
- You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken. A third language will be an advantage
- Since we work internationally, handling deadlines in different time zones is part of the job
