By supporting responsibly sourced and produced seafood and promoting sustainable practices across our operations and supply chains, our aim is to have a positive impact towards the long-term viability of our seafood sector.

At Kangamiut Seafood, we are continuously strengthening our governance structures to ensure transparency, accountability, and effective decision-making across our business.

In recent years, we have:

• Simplified our organisational structure including the merger of Dansea Nordic and Northcoast Seafoods with Kangamiut Seafood to streamline processes and procedures
• Elevated the Sustainability and Food Safety & Quality functions to sit as distinct business units at Leadership Group level
• Professionalised and diversified our Board of Directors to bring in external expertise and ensure equal representation of women and men
